PAYMENT AND BOOKING

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your session.

REFUND POLICY

All CPA Strategy Sessions are non-refundable. Your payment secures time in our calendar and reflects the preparation that goes into your session.

If you're unsure whether this session is the right fit for you, we encourage you to reach out with any questions before booking.

RESCHEDULNG

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice by using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules or no-shows will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

SESSION USE

These sessions are designed for strategy and guidance only. They do not establish an ongoing accountant-client relationship unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No formal tax, legal, or financial reporting services are included as part of this session.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared during your session will remain confidential and will not be shared outside our firm without your written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The guidance provided during the session is based on the information you provide and is meant to support your professional decision-making. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, or financial advice specific to your jurisdiction or firm structure. Arnason Accounting & Co. is not liable for outcomes resulting from the implementation of suggestions discussed during your session.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you must cancel your session for any reason, it is your responsibility to notify Michelle Arnason immediately by email admin@arnasonaccounting.com.
